Membership in the LGBTQ+ Club of Sun City Anthem is open to all SCA Homeowners in good standing. Please provide the information requested below (* - required field).

Currently dues are $15 per year. After submitting this form, dues may be paid by cash or check (leave payee blank, we have a stamp) - in person at a club event, or in the LGBTQ+ Club mailbox across from the Fitness desk in Anthem Center. After receiving your payment,  we will contact you to confirm your membership, as well as add you to our email list.
