2025 Holiday Party Reservation

It’s time for the First Annual LGBTQ+ Club Holiday Party! There won’t be any reindeer games or gifts to wrap, just lots of good food and friendship!

Date: Friday December 19, 2025

Time: 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Location: Liberty Center

Cost: $10 per member / $10 for guests, cash or check

RSVP: No later than Friday, November 21, using the form below. Confirm your RSVP, no later than November 24, by placing your payment in an envelope in the club’s box located in the Anthem Center. If paying by check, put “Holiday Party” in the memo line.

Menu: Club will provide spiral ham, turkey breast, beef brisket, mashed potatoes and gravy, dinner rolls and butter, soda, and bottled water. BYOB

We are asking club attendees to bring a side dish or a dessert, according to your last name:

A-M: side dish
N-Z: dessert

Because this is an LGBTQ+ Club event that is taking place on SCA property, there is a limit of three guests per member, additionally, the reservation must come from a club member.

Reservations will close on Friday, November 21. Payment must be received no later than Monday, November 24. Confirm your RSVP by leaving your payment in an envelope in the club’s box located in the Anthem Center. If paying by check, put “Holiday Party” in the memo line.
